Duluth Middle School Orchestra tasked me with designing a new apparel art for hoodies and T-Shirts to help increase sales for their spring concert/fundraiser. We started with an introduction and questionnaire to gather more
information on what they were looking for. They wanted a combination of playfulness and sophistication to suit both their younger and older students as well as an icon that is part of the string instrument. This was also
a pushed project to allow room to order apparel before the concert.
I started the project by drafting illustrations by hand. I then digitized it and provided the client with several variations and apparel mockup for visualization.
The client liked the third variation of v1 and asked for more examples with different fonts. I provided six additional font types of different styles and the client liked the last font provided. The entire
project was extremely seamless and I enjoyed working with them.
